awww, geez guys...i'm blushing cyber-style...

Thanks much for the "good poster" compliment. I may not chime in all that often, but I do love the archive and its merry band of pranksters!

Ganges, especially thrilled that you love my favorite show 10-29-77, and I'll just add my sentiments that I am doubly impressed with your contributions given that English is not your native tongue. Your passion for the band and kindness in general shines through in any language.

William--thanks for the nod...us '77 "poster-boys" must stick together! ;-)

p.s. The "dough knees" reference is to one of my favorite old bumper stickers I saw one time at a show....It was just a picture of the Pillsbury Dough Boy with "Dough Knees, Dough Knees" written underneath him. At the time, for reasons one may guess, i almost busted a gut laughing.

OH that is good! I love these little word plays (no doubt there is a word for it--we've kicked it around here before, like saying that the words to Bad Moon Rising, sound like "Hell, the bathroom's on the right" or Mamma told me not to come sounding like "I'm a toad in a cup"), and that so describes what the chorus line starts out with for this one...
